Largest testicular tumour in South-East Asia: a case report

چکیده
We present the largest testicular tumour that first ever reported in Malaysia and we believed Southeast Asia. A 21 years old Malay gentleman presented to us with painless large scrotal swelling. After initial workup investigations were done followed by a CT scan which yield multiple paraaortic lymph nodes, patient was scheduled listed earliest list for high ligation right orchidectomy an inguinal approach. The seeks treatment at point because he can't bear embarrassment fear of treatment.
